dkad, believe me when I say that I understand how being on some forums can be brutal!! I was on one whe I first started doing the internet.........I love freebies and some of the ladies were really nice at first, but then they wanted to scratch your eyes out in a few minutes.
I quit going there and started my own little forum group. I have since found a few others that I read and post on also.
Since finding out about CD, it has been my 'mission' to find food that tastes good and that there is a substitute for things that contain wheat. My dd, could not have a birthday cake the first year. My goal was to learn how to bake a decent cake and decorate it just like a 'regular cake' for CD kids.
I have been trying to learn all that I can so that I can help others here in town. When we found out about CD, I had no one to turn to but the web for help. I spent a year and a half researching and trying to learn the ins and outs of CD.
I still make goofs, but it is getting better. Tonight my DD and I bake 2 loaves of cinnamon raison bread, 2 sandwich loaves and 2 batches of doughnuts. I'm tired, but breakfast is going to be so good tomorrow!
Coffee and a doughnut.mmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
Thanks for all of you sharing your ideas and recipes with me~ _________________
