Hi Maria,

Modified Corn starch is GF.

It's good that the product is labeled this way. In many cases the label will read "modified food starch" - this is when you have to worry. You don't know that type of starch it is...is corn...is it wheat...what it is??? You don't know unless you ask the people that made it.
