I was at Wal-Mart today. I noticed they are in the process of laleling more products. They now label cottage cheese and sour creams as GF.

I guess thats just taking some time to do because i was there today and was looking for more too. I found some stuff that didn't list wheat in bold or anywhere else ( no barley rye or oats either) and can not for the life of me figure out why it doesn't say gluten free on it .so maybe it just takes time. some stuff it says processed on same lines as wheat and can understand why its not listed as gluten free, but the ones that clearly has no evidence of wheat doesn't make sense. I hope i am not confusing anyone. will keep checking though. I see new stuff too. And I love it. makes me feel like a normal shopper somewhat. I hope they never stop this good thing they have started for us. I also hope other companies follow wal mart. It would be nice huh?
