Do any of you use perforated baguette pans when making your french bread? I have a chance to get one cheap, and I'm wondering if it will make any diference with GF breads. I have been using a french bread recipe from one of the Bette Hagman books, and it turns out pretty good, but I am always looking for ways to make my bread better.
Any experience? I have posted a pic of a baguette pan like the one I am interested in. Thanks!
