I have been looking for GF meat substitutes, especially burgers, but so far I haven't found anything that tastes like my former old standby Boca Burgers. If anyone knows of any, please let me know.
Also, if anyone has any recipes for GF nut loaves, that'd be great!

| I recently found a product by Sunrich Naturals called Country Harvest Veggie Burger. It states on the label that it is GF. I found it at Earthfare in Athens, GA. I can't, however, vouch for the taste since we haven't tried them yet. |

I haven't found anything around here. I usually end up making my own. I haven't seen Country Harvest Veggie Burgers either. It's a good thing I don't mind cooking since everything I eat is made from scratch mostly except for snack foods. I do have a reipe I use for nut loaf, if you still want it I'd be more then happy to share. Judy |

| That is a good question. I haven't found anything without seitan in it, or something that is related to wheat. It seems the manufacturers have a love affair with wheat. Good luck on your search and if you find anything let me know. Judy |
