could I used beef or chicken for this dish Tec? I love the sound of the ingredients except I hate pork Embarassed

I have used chicken(dark meat) and it's really good with it. I haven't tried it with beef though, but I bet it would be good too.

Under variations, you'll see the direction for using chicken.
