I am using Bette Hagman's book about GF breads, and she calls for egg replacer in her flour mixes. Anyone know what the heck this is?? It has to be something dry.

Hi Juile,

Yup it's a replacement for people that can't handle eggs. Eggs are many times used to "hold things together". Some are dry...some are not Smile

Here are some replacement ideas

Hope this helps Smile

I appreciate it. Thanks. Any idea why I can't use an aluminum based baking powder with the Arrowhead All Purpose wheat free flour? I hate to go out and spend MORE money!
