Help! What should I be looking for

in my soaps and shampoos and dish detergent? It's all chemicals, how am I supposed to know what to avoid? Any product suggestions?

ok well that helped I threw out half my bathroom and half my kitchen lol! But my DH isn't getting any better! Now I have to figure out what else I'm doing wrong lol.

Kristi I did the same thing I gave all my gluten things to my neighbor. she was like what is this for I told her than she understood. Very Happy

I cook alot and give her some she likes it.
