You had the slash in the [/img] the wrong way. It must be a front slash- not a back slash.
[/img] = correct
[\img] = incorrect

Ahh...you need to go back to the page you posted it on. We have posted so many entries, we spilled on to page 5. Your post is on page 4.
Look in the lower right hand corner...you'll see the page numbers. Click on 4
LOL Sure have a few Jack n Cokes for me!!! LOL

I can shrink it for you if you like. That way it'll fit better in your sig line 
Now that the important work is done...we probably need to get some "real" work done. Good thing the boss is gone today LOL

I can't go into your Profile settings, but I can tell you how to do it when I get the picture shrunk. Or...a few others can too...if they get to it before me.

ok.. let me know when.. another thing, i thought i set it up for it to alert me through pop up when someone responses, but thats not happening. im just refreshing my page to get new responses..

ahhh...you've been in the profile settings...so you know how to get there.
You can edit the post that your pic is in...copy that line and paste it into the area for your signature.
As for the alerts messages...you could've set a couple of things. 1) Private Messages - those you can have a popup that tells you if someone sent you a PM. 2) Notify of postings. The board will send out emails to you if you have made a post to a thread. Those show up in your email. I will have a gazillion emails saying there was a post to "No Control".
You will have to refresh the page to see the new posts.
