Hi Everyone,
I just found at Walmart these little toaster-oven sized cookie sheets and individual pizza pans, about 7 inches across. I think these will be perfect for toasting buns for sloppy joes, or tuna melts, or whatever. My question is: how will the shiny silver affect the pizza crust? Most of the cookbooks say to use grey non-stick, not black pans. I can't find anything about shiny silver. They are called GS EZ-Baker heavyweight steel bakeware. I think it won't really make a difference. An oven cooks with heat, not light, so you don't have to worry about extra reflection overcooking the food. _________________ Ostrich :>--O==={
