Ah, it's all good, Os! I'm a big geek, too! Wink

As for gaming, I never played God of War, but I played EverQuest for way too long a few years ago hehehe Embarassed
Yeah, I had a level 42 wizzie (Nuuki Laquemadora) and a level 41 cleric (Shiiva Curebringer)...

Never be embarassed about your MMO! Very Happy I just quit RFO (worst MMO ever!), and now I'm waiting for Age of Conan. Between that, Spore, and all the new consoles, I'm gonna lose what little free time I have left!

OK Os, I just have to say that I can't picture someone who games like you do and is hooked to the Discovery channel.... Quirky, very quirky Shocked

I also have to admit that I haven't played games since the original Atari, guess that makes me pretty weird as well. I am completely lost when you gamers start talking to each other, its like a foreign language. Confused

LOL, I think I'm the wierd one. I've always been more of a tomboy/geek/bookworm/someone who likes to take things apart and learn. For the record, I'm also hooked to the Food Network, but I don't watch it very often.

Let's see if I can help breach the language barrier...

MMO - Short for Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (MMORPG). A game played online all over the world, usually through a PC. People create an avatar (a character representing themselves) and fight monsters. The goal is to level up (strengthen) your character as much as possible through various experiences. Can be very addictive.

RFO - Romance and Fantasy Online, an MMO. See more info here

Console - The box you play games on (not including the PC). Examples include the Playstation and Xbox.

Man I have been gone awhile! Saw House though and was happy to see Celiac featured. I hear what many of you are saying about it being overly dramatized but I respectfully disagree. Some of us have had some pretty tough roads to travel in search of answers and "cure" for a variety of ailments all leading back to Celiac sprue. Could the portrayed combinations of symptoms happen? Maybe. Probably not with the same severity--- but it got people thinking.
I really like that both mom and baby looked healthy, good wieght, no obvious development issues. I would have been angry if they would have used some anorexic looking woman and an obviously small or pale or sickly looking baby. I do wish that anemia would have been one of the big problems since that is the most common symptom. Still happy to see attention drawn to our disease! ~Duchess
