| I have eaten there and usually order the mixed grill you get 3 kinds of meat and roasted potatoes. They also have a couple of chicken dishes that you can order without the pasta. Good Luck |

It was great I had the grilled samon and vegs, and salad no crutons. My stomach felt fine when leaving. Good meal. _________________ I just started CD about two months ago, and learning alot from the message's people post. Thank you very one for your help. |

i have also had a good GF eating experience at the Olive Garden. I too had the mixed grill (tasty!). The server also had the grill cleaned for me and the salad dressing altered for my salad. What I was most impressed with though was the knowledge of the servers. Celiac Disease education may be a part of their training. Anyways an excellent experience!
Also, Red Lobster is an amazing place to go for GF food....and it has a greater selection of food for someone with CD than does the Olive Garden, and not just fish! |

Thanks Clairabelle!
Welcome!!
I don't have trouble with Red Lobster - but others do.
I get the broiled salmon (it's broiled on it own tray) with out any seasonings. Veggies w/o the seasoning (I don't know if the either seasoning is GF or not...better safe than sorry). Oh...I also get a big whiff of the biscuits as they pass by me _________________ Al

I've also had really good experiences with Red Lobster. Every time I've been in there, they've gone through all their ingredients to make sure there wasnt anything that could be a problem... |
