We bought some pizza crust over the weekend, but it doesn't say how long to cook it or at what temperature. We usually use a pizza stone, but we've got regular pans if need be. Any ideas? _________________ Ostrich :>--O==={

| I usually cook it right on the wire rack for 15 minutes @375 degrees. This is a pretty good pizza! |

I cook one side of the crust on the grill until they're almost burned, flip it and then top it with the ready to go toppings. When doing it on the grill you have to have everything ready to go.

Ooooo, now that's something I haven't had in awhile! Mmmm, grilled pizza...great, now my mouth is watering
<edit>The crust was a sucess! A little chewier than normal crust, but pretty good! I think next time I'll brush the edges down with a little garlic olive oil, just so they're not so dry.</edit> _________________ Ostrich :>--O==={
