Ostrich,
I don't think it will be hard. We'll just have to use a little bit of restraint. We as Celiacs are all too familiar with restraint! : )

Are you referring to the people, or the large quantities of Immodium?  _________________ Ostrich :>--O==={

"Rinne,
Let's see some of those cake recipes! There are some bread bakers on the board, of which I am not one. I stick with rolls, cakes, cookies, etc. With the little amount of bread that I eat I'm quite content with Whole Foods Bake House bread. Now if someone posted a TNT baguette recipe I would try that immediately. "
TEC, I will be glad to post some once I triple test them myself. I've also just found that I can't handle dairy and so I want to make them with ghee instead of butter.
And I've been ill so I haven't been doing any baking for a bit but I will bake again. |

| Al there is a GF hamburger helper out there. I ordered it from Kinnikinnik foods but they didnt have it in stock. But I have bought it from the grocery store (Safeway) when I lived in CT and it is scrummy. Maybe it was the Gluten Freem Mall I found it. AnyhooI will check and get back. Great idea with the recipies folks. Can we review them? Then we could describe the texture and people would know. I personally hate when it is gritty and dry maybe we could have a texture box? |
