For those of you in the So Cal area, (there might be one where your located too - they're out of AZ) I contacted Wild Noodles, a fun Asian/Italian/American noodle place to see if they had any GF items on their menu. Here is a representatives response:

Double Protein Sauté with tofu or shrimp

Sonoran Chop Salad with tofu or shrimp

Fajita in a Bowl with tofu or shrimp

Chicken Enchilada, substitute tofu or shrimp for chicken, substitute rice for egg noodles, no flour tortilla

Shrimp Scampi, sub rice noodles for fettuccini

Chinese Chicken Salad, no noodles (chow mein or udon), sub shrimp or tofu for chicken

The reason I can’t suggest chicken or beef is that it is marinated in a sauce that contains soy sauce. The tofu and shrimp are not marinated.

Hope this helps and best wishes,

Amy Lieber

I'm saving the email for the next time I visit. Their food is pretty yummy and I'm happy that I can still eat there and have safe choices.
