Hi all,
I am new. I was dxed about 6 months ago. I have done very well sticking to the GF diet, but I am running into some trouble with vitamins and prescriptions. I found some multi-vitamins, GNC. More expensive of course. Anyway my ? being how to find out what pills have gluten. I told the pharmacist I am allergic to gluten, but he just looked at me funny.  They dont give you anything that says the ingredients, and when they do I still dont know if they are a no-no. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a long list of medical problems and only 24! So I have a lot of meds to take. Thanks in advance!   |
