As fair warning, the ingredients sound disgusting, and individually I can't stand them, but this is one of my all time favorite dishes

Ingredients: 2 cans sauerkraut (drained)
2lbs spiral pasta (Tinkyada)
3 medium onions cut small
2 1/2 sticks butter (I use Land o Lakes Margerine)
Equivelent 3 cans mushroom soup (32oz I use Imagine brand)
1 can mushrooms (drained)

Prep: Preheat oven to 300. Empty drained sauerkraut into large kettle and cover with water. Cook slowly for 1 hour then drain. Dice and brown onions in butter. Cook pasta and drain and rinse. Mix everything together (I do this right in a 9x13 pan.) Bake for an hour to an hour and a half.
