Ingredients: 8 or 9" unbaked pie shell (I have used frozen GF ones and made my own from GFP perfect pie crust mix)
1 egg
1lb lean hamburg
1 7oz can whole kernal corn (drained)
1/2 cup cracker crumbs (i've used GF bread crumbs too)
1/2 cup chili sauce
2T sweet pepper flakes
1T instant minced onion
1/2t oregano
4 stuffed green olives (sliced)
6 slices crisp crumbled bacon (Hormel black label is GF)

Prep: Beat egg slightly in mixing bowl. Add hamburg, corn, cracker crumbs, chili sauce, pepper flakes, minced onion and oregano. Mix well (I do this with my hands it is easier.) Press meat mixture firmly in to pie crust. Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes. While baking prepare topping.

Topping ingredients: 1 egg slightly beaten
2T milk
1/2t salt
1/2t dry mustard
1/2t worcestershire sauce
1c shredded cheddar cheese

Combine egg and milk then add the rest of the ingredients.

Spread topping on filling. Top with bacon and olives then bake an additional 5mins or until the cheese melts. Let stand 10mins before serving.
