I recently was in the Moscow, Idaho Co-op and found the Namaste GF pizza crust. I bought it because it is potato free - I have the hardest time finding GF stuff that is potato free. I am sensitive to potatoes and the other nightshade foods.

I have to say that I haven't tried any other GF pizza crust yet and was a little skeptical about this one but it tastes just fine. Maybe I am desperate for pizza but it had a good consistency (I thought a tad bit rubbery when I first tried it but a non-GF friend who was over said I was being overly-sensitive and that it tasted fine) and holds up fine to being picked up by the slice. I cooked it on a silcone mat (Silpat) and it didn't stick at all. It was so good I was craving it and made another pizza last night.

I remembered their name and looked the company up today (funny to see this post!) and checked out all the other stuff they sell, which is also potato free. I think I'll be making an order online as I live in a town in California (Chico) that has not yet seen the wisdom in having any stores with more than a couple of GF items in them (not counting the Annie's food line, most stores have many of the salad dressings and mustards, but that's it).

Thumbs up on the pizza crust!

Hi,

I got hungry for Brownies so I bought the Namaste brownie mix. As far as having the consistency of "real" brownies it was great, However the chocolate was very dark and rich. Way too much chocolate, was like twice as rich as normal. I would only buy again if they cut back on the chocolate. Not to mention it was over $5 a bag. I'm glad the pizza crust was ok. I'm getting hungry for pizza too.

Excellent news about the brownies, I'm the girl who buys 99% chocolate at the store and eats it straight. I don't think I've ever had too dark of chocolate for my tastes.

I ordered one of everything last night, except the blondie mix, no chocolate there. I'll give reviews when I try them all. I ordered the following:

brownie mix
cookie mix
vanilla cake
chocolate cake
sugar free muffin mix
pizza crust

I can't wait to try the blondies. I am not much of a chocolate fan. I really have to be in the mood for it and even then just a little chocolate is all i can handle. Everyone has different taste. Laughing I only purchased the pizza mix from that store so far. I am waiting for my daughter to come home this weekend to make it. ( she loves to bake) At least i hope I can wait!!

The pizza mix was a little under $6.00 at that store but I was thinking that was pretty reasonable considering other mixes out there were about the same with only one mix per bag, and this one there are two mixes included in the bag.

I will post how this pizza turned out.......as soon as i try it.

Something I didn't mention about the pizza crust is the oregano and other Italian herbs used are pretty flavorful. You will definitely notice them - more than I have noticed those kinds of herbs in other pre-packaged foods. I thought they were a nice addition, though I don't usually add them myself.

I thought it was pretty reasonable, too. I'm keeping the wrapper and going to try to replicate the mix. It's very easy to make, maybe a little messy. If you have a silicon baking mat, I highly recommend - I'm not sure how much it would stick to a regular greased pan.

Yeah, we all have different tastes for sure. No one I work with likes dark chocolate, well, actually the new girl does. So we gather around a dark chocolate bar from time to time and savor every little crumb. Surprised)

If you choose to use metal pans for baking I reccomend using parchment paper to help avoid sticking

Responding to this...I just Love the Namaste Brownie Mix...as good as what I make myself. It is very pricey, but I'm going to order more!

sorry I am so late in responding. The store is located on I-240 and south Penn. Going right next door to Big lots. In the same shopping center as outback steakhouse, which has a gluten free menu. They have the biggest selection of gluten free foods that I have found so far in Oklahoma. There are some items I wished they would carry. When I asked if they would get a certain item they said that it depends on their distubutor. I don't know if that is spelled right, but I don't understand that. You would think that would want to keep customers happy by ordering what they would like to buy. Any how they are worth checking out because they have a lot of stuff to choose from. I still love going there, when I can afford it.

Anonymity of a SOCKS Proxy. As SOCKS (as it was already marked above) transfers all data from a client to a server, nothing adding from itself, from the point of view of a web-server, a socks proxy is a client. Therefore anonymity of this type of proxy servers is very high.: http://www.checkproxy.net
