Just wondering if anyone has a steak marinade recipe. We're having friends over for steak on the grill for the 4th, I'm thinking of letting it take a swim
Thanks! _________________ Al

first rub in some kosher salt (not too much or it wil be salty) and ground black pepper, then I like to mix up some olive oil, corriander, cumin, garlic, (jar or powder - just be sure of what kind you use - Spice Island is GF), onion, add some red wine to the mix too. You can omit the cumin & corriander if you like.
I can't tell you how much to use, 'cause I am really a pinch of this and dash of that kind of person. Just taste the marinade and see how it's going.
Hope this helps! |

If we can use it, Manheim Steamroller's Bry steak spray is awesome! Two thumbs way up! _________________ Ostrich :>--O==={
