celiac disease and chicken

I hear celiacs have a tendency toward chicken sensitivity.
could this reaction disply as sweating and a waxy coating
on my underarm hair?
Things went well my first 6 months gluten free but now have relapsed
in some symptoms.........as mentioned above but add fatigue and loss
stool.
I was suspect of lactose but been without for weeks.
Could chiken(well cooked by the way) cause this decline?
