Just an FYI if there are others who are free of the above, and don't currently have a "safe" bread,
hubby has contacted "Food for Life" and confirmed that their Brown rice bread, is in fact corn free. (This is a bread we used for ds prior to his going corn free, but the yeast, and xanthan gum caused us to believe it was not safe after he went corn free.

Another already made bread we want to try that is GF/CF&Corn free is Enjoy life.. but our local HFS was out... they're speacial ordering it for us.
