I just received the following statement from Tony Roma's:
Thank you for your email. Tony Roma's Barbecue Sauces, ribs and chicken are gluten free. Unfortunately, any additional information is not available at this time. There are plans to post nutritional information on a limited menu to our web site very soon. Please check our web site for updates.

I have eaten their ribs on the hopes they were gluten free (at a rib cookoff in the region), and on what the person told me that was serving them. Good to know they actually were (or, should be).
