Where's your hardest place to lose weight? Where's your easiest? Got any pointers for the rest of us? Wink

For me, the hardest place to lose weight is my stomach and hips. But that's not suprising, considering my heritage. I've tried everything short of diet pills and lyposuction, but nothing seems to help.

I lose weight the fastest on my arms and legs. Most of the exercise I do is very leg-intensive (swimming and walking). I've found that I have to exercise almost every day to keep the weight off.

My stomach - no doubt!

When I was pg with my 2nd child, I was very overweight - leftover from the first child. I lost 70 lbs and kept it off for 2 years. Then I had knee surgery, and then got pregnant with my 3rd child. He's almost 11 months old, and I've barely lost anything. I gained about 70 lbs with him too. =(

I have thin arms and legs, and a big old flabby belly and hips that were made for birthin' babies. *sigh*

MY HIPS!! Mad Ugh, on one hand, I haven't been the size I am now since High School (lost 60 lbs since Matthew) without trying.
But the truth is, I'm about 2-3 sizes bigger in my hips than my waist. If I buy something to fit my hips, it doesn't fit the waist and vice versa *sigh*

I got a thigh trimmer, but it's collecting dust in the closet Sad

Hardest? Hips, no doubt.... and yet, somehow it always seems to come quickest off the boobs. Life can be so cruel. Laughing

Butt and thighs. Both are huge. Tried bicycling, but I just grew muscles under the fat and now they look more out of proportion.

Fidissimus, I can relate. I'm a small A. No boobs, stick arms, kinda small waist, and the hips and thighs are completely out of proportion. NO matter what I do the fat won't come off. Might have to get myself a little lypo down the road as a graduation present so I don't have to deal with the waistband on the back of my pants flopping around anymore Sad.

Ha! I wish I could do the lypo thing. My husband says it's "an unnatural way to lose weight." HELLO?! All the "natural" ways aren't working!

Tell your husband that grad school is a very unnatural way to spend his time and your money Very Happy. I' avoid lipo if I possibly could, but now it's even harder to loose thanks to my defective thyroid and I just don't see anything else working.

There is a new lipo that costs the same but tightens the skin at the same time and it is not as brutal! Course it will be a while before all the surgeons can do it but I'll wait. When I have finished all the med stuff I am getting diet shots! 4 babies later I deserve an easier way out and if I can afford surgery I will get it. Is your hubby going into natural medicine Os? Just curious Wink

momto4, that sounds good and will probably be approved by the time I get out of grad school and can afford it Embarassed .

ostrich, I don't think it's natural to want to put yourself through so much studying, long nights and general suffering.
