GF Cooking Classes in Seattle/Everett Area

Hi Everybody!

I just wanted to let you all know that I'm launching GF cooking classes in the Seattle/Everett area. It's called Cooking Wheatless Culinary Studio, and the aim is to help people learn to successfully utilize alternative grains and flours to make tasty baked goods, side dishes, sauces, and entrees.

But it's also about having a good time and finding joy with food. Why should the wheat-eaters have all the fun in the kitchen?

Students will learn about alternative-grain muffins, cookies, pancakes, desserts, breads, pasta, side salads, sauces, and entrees.

So, I invite individuals to come and explore the wheatless culinary world of alternative grains, and learn about a tasty and nutritious way of eating. Ongoing cooking classes will be offered in our home kitchen studio located in Mukilteo, WA, on selected Friday evenings from 7:00–9:00 pm, for a fee of $40. Upcoming classes begin mid/late August on “Baking Favorites” and include sandwich buns, muffins, and cookies. Limited to 10 students.
