Pizza Casserole

Prep Time: 30 mins
Cook Time: 30 mins.
Ready in: 1 hr.
Serves: up to 7 (depending on how much you eat!)

Ingredients:
2 cups uncooked Glutano Tagliatelle noodles
1/2-1 pound lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 green (or red) bell pepper, chopped
1 cup sliced pepperoni (Hormel Brand is GF)
16 oz. pizza sauce
4 Tbsp. milk
1-2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Cook noodles according to package.
3. In large skillet, over medium-high heat, brown beef w/ the onion, garlic & bell pepper. Drain any excess fat. Stir in noodles, pepperoni, pizza sauce & milk. Mix well. Pour mix into a 2 quart casserole baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Top with the cheese, then bake for 10 more minutes.

Here's a picture of how our's turned out last night...

What a cool idea! And I'm sure you can add other ingredients if you like other stuff on your pizza. Very Happy

Yay! I'm glad you all think it looks good. It was really good in fact we had left overs of it tonight (now its gone Embarassed ) but I guess thats a good thing. My husband who isn't GF loved it as well. I found the recipe online, adapted it to be GF and I absolutely love making REAL food that is also GF. So when I find something that is really good, I like to share it with everyone. Maybe my mom was right when she said I needed to make a GF cook book with REAL food like this in it...humm something to think about. Well, I hope you enjoy making this dish as much as we did! Smile

Waaa! (Damn Diet) That looks so good! But I think it's probably on the no-no list for now. It reminds me of the Mexican Lasagna that I make... Mmmmmm...
