Does anybody have a recipe for GF churros? Or some you can buy? _________________ Ostrich :>--O==={

I've never seen pre-made GF churros.
Last weekend watching Food Network I saw Paual Deen making churros. I think she used a pate a choux recipe because she cooked the dough on the stove top, etc. [Pate a choux is used to make cream puffs.] Instead of putting little balls of the dough on a sheet pan just pipe them into hot oil using a large star tip. There is a recipe for cream puffs or pate a choux in either the Rebecca Reilly or Roben Ryberg cookbook. I can't remember which one and I've lent both of these books to the neighbor.
I doubt they will be like authentic churros, but they may satisfy a craving.

I've heard of pate a choux but I thought it's wheat based? _________________ Ostrich :>--O==={

Normally it is wheat based, but either the Reilly or Ryberg book offer a gluten free version.
