4 - Large White Potatoes (Diced)
4 - Large Sweet Potatoes (Diced)
2 - Large Onions (Diced)
1 - Whole Bunch of Celery (Finely Sliced)
1 - Bag of Frozen COrn
Vegetable Broth (GF) to cover ingredients
Garlic Powder to taste
Salt & Pepper to taste
Italian Seasoning to taste
Cook for 2-3 hours until potatoes break down.
I like to take about 2 cups of the Chowder and blend in blender and then add back to chowder to give it a creamer texture.
