I just saw this on another forum. I can't wait to try it out. Their website says they are opening in June for breakfast and lunch.

We went to Sunny Valley Wheat Free yesterday. It was definitely worth the trip. We got to sample lots of their breads. I bought Jalapeno cheddar bread, rice and seed bread, graham crackers and croutons. The graham crackers are absolutely fantastic. Too spendy to go there very often, but I'm glad we went.

We also bought lunch there. My kids and husband got pizzas, and I got a panini. They even have oatmeal cookies with gluten free oats!

If you are in the neighborhood, this place is definitely worth a look...
