Hi all,
Just thought I'd share this rather simple and awesome idea I had to make sloppy joes a little more interesting. Hunt's slopy joe mix is GF, and since we can't eat them with rolls, I've been eating it plain. Well, I got some GF tortilla chips, and some sour cream and made myself sloppy joe nachos. Soooooo good! I'll never eat sloppy joes now without doing this.
Enjoy!

Awesome idea Ange, thanks! We were thinking about having sloppy joes tonight, and I'm tired of eating it plain.  _________________ Ostrich :>--O==={

Had this last night for dinner, it was delicious! Just scooped some onto the Restaurant Style Tostidos. Any other ideas for toppers besides sour cream? _________________ Ostrich :>--O==={

Barbaque Nachos
I cook 1lb ground beef, then add about 1/2 cup ketsup and a 1/2 barbaque sauce GF of coarse. Top your tortilla chips with meat mixure then put cheddar cheese on top. Micro to melt cheese and add some sour cream on top.
If you like it saucier you can always add enough of the ketcup/barbaque sauce to taste.
It is wonderful!!!!!!!!!!
