This list is an example of what NOT to read! Instead of removing it, I'm making an example out of it. This list has not been update since 2005. I have seen this list posted on several websites.
DO NOT TRUST ANY ITEM ON IT!.
Sure some items maybe OK, but product formulations change- often without notice.

Note: Even though these products are supposed to GF - please - always check the labels. If something looks suspiscious, don't eat it until you can verify it with the manufacturer. "When in doubt - leave it out"

| AKlAP ** You were right !!! This info should have a special site. It can definately be used as a guide line, slash , place to start, slash, narrow the field ect... It certinally is better than standing in the isle as the store hours on end... Not to mention making a person aware of an alternative labe you normally don't even look for... Thanks a ton. |

Hi Lynda,
You need Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer. Acrobat allows you to read documents that are distributed on the internet.
You can get Acrobat here....http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
