Last week I emailed with a GF list request. This was my answer, copied and pasted.
Thank you for your inquiry.
We do ask all of our ingredient suppliers about gluten in their products. The only time gluten is listed is when it is obviously a grain product. We are not aware of gluten being present in any of our ingredients that do not include wheat or other grain products.
Having said that, we cannot guarantee that any foods served in our restaurants are gluten free since we do not have operations in place guaranteeing no cross-contamination can occur.
Please feel free to write if I can assist you further.

So that's easy to figure out in some cases, like biscuits or bread. But there can be flour in all sorts of things. I'd ask for a more specific list.  _________________ Ostrich :>--O==={

I would think it might be best to just avoid the place with what sounds like some serious cc issues... _________________ Cheers!

Our Thanksgiving is going to be pretty ghetto this year, so I thought I'd check out options from Boston Market. Here is their allergen list. They actually list gluten separate from wheat, though it probably doesn't make much of a difference. They even say at the bottom:
| Quote: | | This list is compiled based on production information provided by Boston Market approved food manufacturers as of the date published. Boston Market does not guarantee that cross-contact with other gluten-containing products or allergens will not occur. We encourage anyone with food sensitivities, allergies, or special dietary needs to check back on a regular basis for up-to-date information. |
So even if we can't eat there, kudos for listing all that stuff.  _________________ Ostrich :>--O==={

Is that the T-giving theme? LOL Several years ago I went to what some might consider the local ghetto for a smoked turkey, but we've never had a ghetto T-giving. Come to my house...china, silver, flowers and only delicious GF food allowed. |

Yeah, we won't actually have Thanksgiving on Thanksgiving due to everybody's schedules. Plus we're going to have boxes lying all over the place in preparation for the move. So it'll just be me and DH and cardboard.  _________________ Ostrich :>--O==={
