I just found out that I have CD. I am living in China so 98% of my food labels are in Chinese. So, I'm having a bit of a hard time. Is tofu generally made GF? Or is that something I need to watch out for as well?
Thanks in advance,

| I suggest that you avoid the battered and fried tofu. The regularly fried ones (not batter) sold in stores should be fine since they are made in factories that only fry Tofu. |
