Free screening at UIC

University of Chicago Hospitals is having a free screening and discussion on October 14th . You must qualify for the free screening. Since I was just diagnosed through endoscopy my sister, mom and dad are having the blood tests for free and then we are going to the "brown bag lunch" discussion.
