LOL!!!
Oh come on West...it's not rocket science If I can do it, anyone can!!
Do you know how to run a can openner?
Do you know how to run a knife?
Do you know how to run a stove?
I think you can make a pizza
Start with a premade crust (Kinnikinick, Glutino make them)
Open up a can of Contadina Pizza sauce, spread it around
Throw some cheese on it if you can do cheese.
Throw on some Hormel Pepperonni
Open a can of black olives, chop them, throw them on.
Maybe some onions and whatever else you like
Throw it in the oven for 10-15 mins.
Happy Eating...

What a brave man. I wouldn't dare cut hair before 10AM, and that would be a trim only! I need more wake up time than that. But this may be why I'm limited to cutting family memeber's hair only. hehehe So I guess the true message is, be thankful I don't cut your hair! LOL _________________ Kristie M.

Best GF pizza crust I've tried yet (apologies if it's linked in one of the threads Al put in the first message because I didn't read them and apologies because I now cannot find the website where this recipe originated):
GFCF Pizza Crust
1/2 c. brown or white rice flour
1/2 c. tapioca flour
2 TBSP. powdered milk
1 packet yeast
2 tsp. xanthan or guar gum
1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar
2/3 c. warm water
Preheat oven to 400. In mixing bowl combine rice flour, tapioca flour, powdered milk, yeast, guar gum, and gelatin. In seperate bowl mix olive oil, vinegar, sugar, and warm water.
Make a well in the center of dry ingredients and add wet ingredients into it. Beat well for 5-6 min. by hand or 3 min. in a stand mixer. Dough should be soft and sticky.
Use shortening to cover fingers and spread dough onto cooking stone or pizza pan into the desired shape. Bake for 10 min. and remove from oven. Top with desired toppings and bake for 20-25 min. Makes one lg. crust.
For breadsticks-roll into long breadsticks and brush tops with a mixture of olive oil and garlic salt. Bake until golden brown.

Easiest GF pizza crust.
3 cups cooked rice (regular or brown)
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
Mix the ingredients. Press into pizza pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 450 degrees. Remove from oven, cover with sauce and toppings of your choice. Bake 10 miutes longer.
It sounds really weird, but it tastes good, and it is the quickest crust possible, especially if you have left-over rice.
We used this for years as ds's pizza crust because there were no GF ones 10 years ago. |

Ooo, we might have to try this one! Premaid crusts are rather expensive, and we actually have all those ingredients. _________________ Ostrich :>--O==={
