Repeat of post in wrong section i think

Hi Everyone,
I posted this in the reciepe section, then saw this, my apologies to the moderaters if this is the case. Brain fog getting the better of me today.
I am cooking a gluten free christmas cake, I have never baked anything before, so have no idea what i am doing, no change there then lol. I got a recipe off the net, i have all the ingredients. I have a dilema, when it comes to the flour, it says i need cornflour (which i have got), gluten free baking powder (which i have got), and potatoe flour, which i cant find anywhere, I have picked up 2 different types of gluten free plain flour, and a white bread flour. Can i use any of these instead of the potatoe flour?
