I'm an avid sports enthusiast and find it difficult to locate bars or shake mixes that are gluten, soy and milk free. Are you aware of any products available without these three ingredients? Thank you so much!

Hi Halt,

Have you seen LaraBar's?

That might be a start for you.

Enjoy!

Think Organic makes 4 different bars so you can have some variety.

I use a rice protein powder that works really well. Nutribiotic: http://www.vitacost.com/NutriBioticVeganRiceProteinPowder

It tastes good, mixes easy, and is free of gluten, soy, and dairy (I can't have wheat, soy, or dairy either).

The bars I use were already mentioned. For protein powder I use either Metagenics "Ultrameal" rice (vanilla) or Apex "Clearvite-SF " dietary supplement powder. I did a cleanse on the Clearvite. Whatever powder I use, I blend it up with frozen banana slices. Both these powders are meal replacements, that I use for breakfast. HTH. Lori

I have found that allerenergy bars are very good.

My son and I both use them.

I think larabars are great for a store bought energy bar.

I make my own power bars using this recipe:

http://www.elanaspantry.com/2008/02/01/power-bars/

They are delicious, easy to make and cheaper than store bought.

Hope this helps!
