This is my favorite soup. I call it "dump soup" because all you do is open up the cans and start dumping them in. I put all the ingredients in the slow cooker before work, and serve it with corn muffins and a salad.
Taco soup
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 (16 ounce) can GF chili beans - I use S&W
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (8 ounce) can GF tomato sauce
2 cups water
2 (14.5 ounce) cans GF peeled and diced tomatoes
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chile peppers
1 (1.25 ounce) package GF taco seasoning mix
Brown the ground beef with the onions. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours. Garnish with sour cream, cheese and crushed tortilla chips, if desired.
Enjoy! _________________ -Colleen

Yesterday was chilly and grey here and seemed to be a 'super' day for a pot of soup. Not wanting to go to any effort and needing to use up some taco-esque leftover I made your soup. It was really good...and so fast to put together.
