|

I just got back from a 5 day cruise on Royal Caribbean's Enchantment of the Sea (out of Ft. Lauderdale). I had read on a former forum posting that some RC cruises would offer items that were GF. My experience was GREAT! They served me GF bread at every meal. It was not the tastiest variety, but it worked. The best part was that they would show me the next day's menu in advance, and if I liked a few items, they would have the chefs make them GF! On a few occassions they made special desserts for me (without my even asking) such as a delicious flourless chocolate cake. Everyone that tasted it at the table liked it as much or more than their own desserts. Both our waiter and head waiter were very helpful with no hassles at all. I found that other waiters that I spoke to were also familiar with the GF concept.
My thanks to Royal Caribbean. Can't wait for my next cruise!
