I'm going on a Royal Caribbean cruise at the end of February. I have heard good reviews about their gluten free food options, but was wondering how they do with food that is both gluten and casein free. Has anyone had any experience with this?
Also, thank you to everyone on here for helping me out with this gluten free/celiac stuff the past couple of months  |

I'm afraid I can't help you with your question directly, but I do want to welcome you to the board. It's nice you came out of the shadows  . Glad we could be of help to you!!
Have you contacted RC directly to ask them? Or if you are booking this thru a Travel Agent - ask them to contact them and find out the details - or at least a contact person.
