sorry I guess that I should have done that. I usedcorn flake crumbs from Southern Homestyle. On the container it says oven style breading, but I fried it in a little oil. I mixed the breading with salt, pepper, italian seasoning, and old bay on a paper plate. First I dipped the pork chops in an egg, then in the breading mixture. Then I fried them up. It takes them about 30-45 minutes. It depends on what type of pork chops you buy. I always get the butterfly one (real thin). I fixed mashed potatos, corn and string beans. Let me know how yours turn out. Very Happy

Fried pork chops sure sounds good (not for 30-45 minutes though, glad you cleared that up). lm

LOL, I was wondering about the 30-45 minutes too. I thought you just liked your chops really, really well done. Laughing Thanks for the recipes, they sound great!

How do you keep your cornflakes from sticking to the pan? I made this fri. and I always end up with naked chicken because the corn mixture is stuck to the pan.
