Sorry all you midwesterners, but I had never been to a place that has a flatter, grayer and closed-in-feeling sky than Illinois....until I went to Indiana.
Yeah - Denver's great for all it's sunshine and the mountains to the west, but I sure miss the Atlantic Ocean (I grew up just north of Beantown). Maybe "The Big One" will hit, and everything west of the Rockies will fall into the Pacific and we'll have both mountains AND ocean in CO.
Has anyone geocached on any coast right on the beach?
