how do I make black bottoms

It was white. The store I went to only had Ener-G I'll be checking out other brands. I wonder if it could be wizzed in the processor....

Hubby got to them and loved the center enough to pic the rest off

Oh and for the sunken middle...One thing I guess what I thought was standard muffin size was bigger the cake rose around the edges but the middle just sat there.
