Well, hopefully I have finally leveled off. The first 14 weeks of GF I gained 14 pounds. OH MY  My husband kept telling me not to worry, I am finally getting healthy, finally actually digesting my food. True but I was afraid it would not stop BUT I have been 6 weeks steady now PHEW!
Now to work on losing maybe 10 of those pounds. I am pretty small and have always been fairly small but am not comfortable with the extra weight. Plus I gain it all around my stomach and ribs (the bad weight). Why not a little in the derriere? After all that is hip now but of course I have one of those flat as a board butts 
Thanks for listening. I am off to do my weight bearing exercises. 2 fold, to hopefully lose weight and to work on my osteopenia. |
