To save you all the horror of navigating their site (use Flash wisely, people!), here's their gluten info. Be warned: there is no "last updated" date on the page.

Quote:
I or someone I know is allergic to Gluten and/or has been diagnosed with Celiac Sprue Disease. Do you have the necessary information on what they can or cannot eat in your place?
You are safe to eat everything we serve except our large burrito tortillas, our small soft taco tortillas, our hot red tomatillo salsa, and our vinaigrette dressing (there is some vinegar in both the latter two, which some celiac websites determine is bad for gluten-free diets, while others say it is safe). Regarding our crispy corn tortillas and corn chips, there is no wheat in them. However, in order to make you most aware, our corn tortillas are made in a facility that also makes wheat tortillas, though this is done in a completely separate area. We have followed every possible precaution to ensure there is no transfer of wheat into our corn tortillas. Also, at our restaurants, the possibility for cross contamination does exist. For example, it is possible that a person touching a wheat tortilla could touch our lettuce during service. For this reason, we recommend if you are highly sensitive or intolerant that you not eat our food.

I've asked about Chipotle before, and it seems like people have had mixed results eating there. See this link.

I'm still not brave enough to try it.

Yeah, I had a bad reaction to something considered "safe" at Chipotle. As Colleen said, it's really not worth the risk.
And besides, if you ask me, the food isn't all that wonderful, either...I'd definitely rather go the extra mile and hit Whole Foods for something I *know* is GF. Smile Or, head over to the Village to Risotteria, my fave GF restaurant! Very Happy

Well, I suppose I could always try it and see what happens....although that could make the movie afterwards interesting...

Sure, you could try it. You should also drive without your seatbelt on the way there. And chase it down with unpasteurized apple juice and a caesar salad made with raw eggs.

I'll have my risk with a side of risk, please. Laughing

Good luck!

How did you know??

Just kidding, I always use my seatbelt. Laughing Considering the vastly different stories we've gotten on different restaurants and how they handle gluten, I think I'll take the chance. I can count the number of places I can eat out on one hand, so any additions would be welcome.

I used to eat Chipotle about once a week, until I was CC'd. I took every precaution in ordering, following it down the line, going when it was slow, but ultimately decided it wasn't worth the risk. This decision is killing me, as I've been a Chipotle fan since I visited store #1 the first day it opened.

Well, I managed to eat there just fine last week. Their food is awesome! But I'm not as sensitive as others on here, so be careful.
