Have any of you used the book: Triumph Dining, The Official Gluten-Free Restaurant Guide? Is it worth getting? I haven't been able to find any review on this book. I'm traveling to Texas next week.

I have both the 2006-2007 and the 2007-2008 books. I have found them useful - especially on the two trips out to Seattle to see my fiance's dad. In the Texas section, they have break downs of Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and all other cities. Looks like Texas has a lot of the usual suspects - Outback, Carraba's, PF Changs - lots of Mexican (go figure...). There are 18 pages of listings in all. Might be worth the investment for you. I really like mine - especially when I travel outside my usual places.
The other thing they have in the book is tips on getting a GF meal anywhere. (or as GF as you can outside your own kitchen..)
I hope you have a safe and happy trip!
