I had the BEST freaking pasta today!!!!!

I brought some brown rice Celimix pasta this weekend and today I made some for lunch, OH MY GOD! I don't know whether it was my 2 month long pasta-starvation or what, but it was the best freaking pasta EVER!!!!
Seriously yummy! That should be the brand name. . . hehe.

I also brought Celimix pancake mix and muffin mix.
I'm saving them for a special occasion Smile

Just wanted to post this and say that Celimix rocks my world. Very Happy

I think brown rice pasta is SO much yummier than semolina pasta. I was just thinking today that if I was ever able to go back to gluten again (I know it won't happen, but, come on, we all THINK about it) I would still want brown rice pasta!!!

I agree. My 8 year old son told me one day he would find the cure for Celiac disease. Then he said, " but mom, will you please still make me your GF lasagna?" Wink

We really like the Tinkyada brown rice lasagna noodles!!

Their pancake was awesome too! So crispy! 100 times better than regular pancakes (and I make them from scratch and they are pretty good).

You must try it aklap.

Ditto to that isto! Rice pasta tend to soak up more of the flavour. . . . . unlike regular pasta. . . which is rubbery. . . "whatever sauce you put on me bounces off of me and sticks to the bowl" Razz

Awww! That's so sweet (and in someways sad) Sheralyn!! That got me all emotional, maybe it is one of those days for me, hehe.
