Hi,
Has anyone had any experience with the soft-serve yogurt/ice-cream stuff in Costco's deli's? I had e-mailed the company and they said that item was gluten-free at this time. So I had one a couple weeks ago and within 10 minutes I got a stomach ache, nausea and dizzy, foggy by the time I got home. I had to go to bed. Within a couple hours I was better. There wasn't any artificial sweetners in it either. Just wondering.

Hi Patty,
Do other dairy items bother you? It could be lactose or casein that may be bothering you.
Glad you're feeling better now! _________________ Al
