If you are wanting flavored coffee, add a few drops of vanilla and a sprinkle of cinnamon to your coffee grounds (for a whole pot - cut back for a smaller pot), then just brew your coffee. You can do this with whatever flavors you like - vanilla and cocoa, whatever your favorite flavors are. It is yummy and costs much less that buying flavored creamer or flavored coffee beans. And you can try different extract flavors, as well!

As far as creamers go, I use Nestle's dry Coffee-mate (in particular their Vanilla Caramel sugar-free version), which I really like, and which is clearly labeled "gluten-free". I definitely recommend it Smile

I like the Vanilla Coffee Mate too...

I also like orange zest in with the coffee when flavoring...(in combination with cinnamon). And while not my favorite I have a friend that's a huge fan of maple syrup in their coffee....

OK, GF Mike, I bought the vanilla caramel flavor. We were salivating as soon as we opened the container - the smell was fabulous! And it tastes great. I'm glad they are finally making flavored creamer without the sugar! Now we who do not like sweet coffee can enjoy the flavors, too! Thanks for the recommendation!
