|
|
I just got back from thr homeopath/ND and they gave me a list of all the phenolics (chemicals that are in every food, so I can try to figure out what really is making me so sick. It looks pretty interesting, so if you want to know what is all in one food let me know and I will look it up.for instance whole wheat has; cineol, coumarin, gallic acid,rutin/quercetin,
corn has; acetaldehyde,aflatoxins,coumarin, malvin (anthocyanioins), ruthin/quercetin,
and then I compare what is the same pattern of both these foods, which it looks like a pattern of rutin/qercetin. maybe I can track down the culprit thats in my foods that makes me sick. I feel like I just bought me another puzzle. Carey _________________ Dear Lord, Please help me help my stupid self. |

Interesting. According to Wikipedia quercetin and rutin are both "good" chemicals. Rutin is an antioxidant, and quercetin is an antioxidant and an anti-inflammatory. _________________ Ostrich :>--O==={

these items are not toxins. they are just the chemical make up of foods, its just that I may be having a bad reaction to quercetin and yet its perfectly healty for you. Pretty much like gluten. what works for one don't always work for another. Carey _________________ Dear Lord, Please help me help my stupid self. |
